What you can expect to receive:

  1. To work under the Passfaster name which is well established and has an excellent reputation.
  2. Passfaster removable roof box.
  3. The aim will be for you to work at least 35hrs per week. Our main role is to advertise and promote the company effectively in order to refer new pupils to you. We will strive to get you up to the hours you require as quickly as possible. Once you are working the number of hours you want we will aim to provide you with 1-2 new pupils per week.
  4. We advertise in: a) Yellow pages b) Universities and halls of residence c) Yell.com d) Liverpool Echo and Mersey mart when necessary.
  5. Phone calls will be taken 7 days a week, 9am-9pm.
  6. We will provide appointment cards, mock-test sheets, assessment sheets and test routes etc.
  7. You will be given 3 weeks notice of change or termination of contract.
  8. The benefit of back up to cover tests and very important lessons in the event of car failure or sickness.
  9. 3 weeks of no franchise per year (one being Christmas week)

What we expect from Passfaster instructors:

  1. £50 franchise per week
  2. £15 per new pupil introduced
  3. Manage your own diary. We introduce pupils to you and then they are yours to book in at suitable times. Once we have referred a pupil to you it is yourself that they should contact to change or cancel lessons.
  4. 3 weeks notice of termination of contract.

Rules for Passfaster instructors

  1. To be professional and courteous at all times.
  2. To be presentable particularly for tests (i.e. No tracksuits).
  3. To keep car clean and tidy, inside and out.
  4. To do full hour lessons with no piggybacking.
  5. No smoking, eating or stopping off at shops during lesson time.
  6. To give pupils adequate notice for changes to lesson times (24hrs).
  7. To be reliable and punctual.
